What's included

Everything needed to earn AI citations.

01
PRISM Audit
Score every existing page on the five PRISM dimensions. Identify the structural failures blocking citation. Benchmark against your top three competitors on citation frequency.
02
Topical Cluster Map
Map the full fan-out of queries your buyers generate across your topic area, and find which cluster gaps models are using to rank competitors above you.
03
Content Briefs
A brief per priority page: BLUF structure, target PRISM score, fan-out sub-query coverage, schema type, section word counts, and internal link targets.
04
Scored Production
The draft is written against that brief, then graded against it and revised until it improves or stops improving. Below the bar, it is held as a draft rather than published.
05
Schema Implementation
Attribute-rich JSON-LD: FAQPage, Article, HowTo or Service, whichever type carries the strongest citation signal for the page. Injected cleanly on publish.
06
A Record of Every Run
One row per run in your dashboard: what published, what was held, what was skipped, and the reason attached to each. Nothing about the system is a black box to you.
Pricing

One price for the work. Talk to us about the rest.

A GEO retainer costs several thousand a month because a person is doing the work. We built the process as a system instead, so it runs daily and costs EUR 129. You get thirty articles a month on your own site, with the research, the briefs, the schema and the images included, and a straight answer about anything that was held back.

Some companies want the same architecture pointed at their operations rather than their blog. That is a different engagement, and it is scoped individually.

Autopilot
Thirty articles a month published to your WordPress or EmDash site. Keyword research, cluster mapping, briefs, scoring, images, schema and the publishing ledger included. Non-reciprocal member backlinks. Cancel from the dashboard.
Scoped per engagement
AI Lab
Closed-loop AI systems built inside companies of 50 to 500 people. Ninety days from operations audit to production, with full source code and a team trained to run it after we leave.
FAQ

Questions about GEO services.

What do GEO services include?+
Six stages: PRISM audit of existing content, topical cluster mapping, competitor citation benchmarking, content briefs, scored production with schema, and publishing to your own site with a record of every run. All of it runs on a subscription rather than a retainer.
How much do GEO services cost?+
EUR 129 a month for one site, covering thirty published articles including research, briefs, images, schema and publishing. No contract, no setup fee. Companies who want AI systems built inside their own operations rather than on their website work with the AI Lab, which is scoped per engagement.
How long does GEO take to show results?+
First citation movement typically within 6 to 10 weeks of publishing correctly structured content. Measurable improvement in citation rate around 90 days. Competitive parity in most B2B verticals takes 4 to 6 months of consistent cluster build. Anyone quoting you weeks is selling something.
Who is this designed for?+
B2B SaaS and professional service firms where AI citations influence buying decisions. The typical customer already has some SEO traction, has no presence in AI answers, and does not want to hire an agency to fix it. See our GEO methodology page for the thinking behind it.
Do I need SEO foundations before starting?+
Yes. Indexability, Core Web Vitals and baseline domain authority are prerequisites. We assess these in the initial audit and flag anything foundational before content work begins. GEO extends SEO rather than replacing it.
Is the content written by AI?+
Yes, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. What we will tell you is what happens before it reaches your site: seven checks, each of them true or false rather than a score, and an article publishes only if all seven pass. One of them verifies every external link against the pages the system actually retrieved, so it cannot cite a study it did not open. That checking is the product. More on how it works.

Point it at your domain.

The analysis runs first: PRISM scores on your existing pages, your cluster map, and the gaps competitors are being cited for. Then the system starts writing against them.
